What is BMS?

Building Management System stands for buildings in which all electrical equipment is controlled by a central intelligent system.

In other words, the set of hardware and software that are installed to integrate and control important and vital parts of the building is called BMS. The task of this complex is to continuously monitor different parts of the building and apply orders to them in such a way that the performance of different building components is balanced with each other and in optimal conditions with the aim of reducing unwanted consumption and allocating energy resources only to spaces during operation. BMS can cover all electrical, mechanical, and building protection services. These services include heating, cooling, air conditioning, elevator, emergency power plant, escalator, lighting control, CCTV, fire alarm and extinguishing, traffic control and..

Advantages of using BMS

The main purpose of using BMS in buildings is to enjoy economic benefits and reduce energy consumption and create a safe and quiet environment in them. Benefits and results of using BMS are:

Creating a favorable environment for people in the building.

Optimal use of equipment and increase their useful life Providing a control system with the ability to schedule performance time.

Significant reduction in maintenance costs.

Optimization and saving of energy consumption.

No need for a permanent building contractor.

Ability to monitor and control all controlled points via a PC, mobile or Internet.

Due to the integration of management of various facilities and systems in the building, all equipment works in a coordinated manner and the possibility of interference and problems due to lack of coordination is eliminated.

Possibility of obtaining statistical reports from all equipments and their performance in order to optimize consumption and performance
